We accept returns only for items that are damaged during shipping. If your bracelet arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.

Returns for damaged items must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we are unable to accept any returns, regardless of the product’s condition.

We do not offer returns on products that are not damaged or if more than 30 days have passed since the original purchase date.
